April – October: 345 € / day for the entire house
Low season
November – March: 325 € / day for the entire house
Booking Conditions
Occupancy: max. 7 people
Minimum stay: 7 nights
50% deposit upon booking
50% final payment + security deposit (€500) 4 weeks before arrival
In case of cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be charged based on the total price:
25% up to 6 weeks before departure
50% up to 2 weeks before departure
100% from two weeks before the start of the trip
